Information for Presenters

Oral Session Presenters

Oral session presenters will give a LIVE talk in a Zoom meeting room.  Please prepare slides for a 10-minute presentation.  After your talk, there will be approximately 4 minutes for questions.

Please join your zoom meeting room at least 5 minutes before your session starts.  When you join, use the 'rename' function in the participant pane to add your session and talk numbers in front of your name.  For example, 1-1 Jane Doe. Please remove the numbers from your name after your session is over.

Poster presentation

Immediately after your pitch session, there will be a 40-minute interactive Poster session in Gathertown for you to discuss your work with symposium participants and answer questions. During the first coffee break on day one of the symposium, please go in to Gathertown to familiarize yourself with functionalities and find your poster location.

When your pitch session finishes, sign-in to Gathertown and enter your pitch session ID followed by your first and last names in the name field. For example, 1-1 Jane Doe. Please remove the numbers from your name after your session is over.
